Do you have an age requirement for children?

Yes, young guests, below 16 years of age are welcome to enjoy a selection of treatments at Warren Tricomi Salon under the supervision of a guardian.

When do I book my appointment?

We recommend you reserve your timing at least 2 hours in advance to ensure you get your desired service(s) and time. We are consistently updating product and service offerings on the services. Reservations made at the L’OCCITANE Spa are subject to availability of product(s) and service(s).

How early should I arrive for my service?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow ample time for you to check-in. We recommend arriving even earlier to enhance your experience and enjoy our facilities. If you arrive later than 30 minutes of your appointment time, your session will automatically be cancelled.

My personal belongings?

Please remember to take all your personal belongings back at the time of leaving. The management does not hold itself responsible for any loss or damage of personal items whatsoever.

How do I cancel my appointment?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least four hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any inconvenience to other guests.

What products are used at Spa L'OCCITANE ?

We use L’OCCITANE products for treatments.

Why do you collect personal information from guests?

L’OCCITANE Spa may gather personal information of guests to serve you better. At various touch points with our guests, we may collect the following personal information including, but not limited to: your name and contact; date of birth; anniversary how you prefer to be addressed in communication.

How do you use that personal information?

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and we take it very seriously. We do not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. We use your personal details to provide you information such as Special Offers/Discounts/Memberships in our Spa, or to send promotional material on L’OCCITANE by e-mail or SMS.

Breakage/damage

Any loss arising out of damage to any equipment/property of the spa caused by an act of any member, resident or guest shall be held liable to indemnify the Management against the loss so determined by the Management.

Any other considerations?

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, smoking and drinking is not allowed in the spa premises.

Contests and Promotions

Any contests or other promotions made available through the Service may be governed by Terms & Conditions. Offers will be redeemable only at participating locations. Some restrictions may apply. Void where prohibited. Cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
